Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays, shipping may take longer than usual.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns

If you wish to return an unopened item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without a valid RA number may be refused.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within several business days.
